Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap

So now I'm back home with all my Pampered Chef fabulousness at hand in my kitchen so I decided to make another new wrap recipe from Seasons Best - this time buffalo style chicken wrap...
And now I have my Pampered Chef Grill pan - this is the life!
Lets get cooking...
Next taste sensation ready to eat....
Wow - seriously yummy!

Grilled Chicken & Garden Fresh Basil Wrap

For lunch at the weekend we made these wraps to die for - talk about a taste explosion in the mouth! Ingredients - chicken, tomatoes, mozarella, parmesan, basil, mayonaise, garlic, tortillas (oops forgot to bring the citrus & basil rub) - all chopped up with our fab santoku knife on a chopping board and into a classic batter bowl

Starting the assembly process...
All wrapped up and ready to go...
In the pan cooking - wishing it was my Pampered Chef Grill Pan!

Taste explosion ready to go - oh my goodness - I want to make it again now...

Weekend in the life of a bar pan!

My good friend Heidi & I went up to her cabin for the weekend. She brought a new large bar pan with her and we totally seasoned it by using it all weekend!!I don't know how we would have cooked without it!!
First up - Hawaiian Luau Pizza (courtesy of Seasons Best)

Then bacon for breakfast (twice!)
Followed by tangy pecan pepper brie for an afternoon snack / appy.

Hello Kitty card

So one of my favourite 5 year olds had a birthday this week - she had a Hello Kitty theme to her party so I made this card to make her smile...

Finished - Table Runner

Here's a table runner I just finished. The design is Judy Niemeyers. Started it a few weeks ago and it was a lot of fun to make.

Knitting Bug

Caught the bug for ruffled scarfs - knitted quite a few recently as they are so easy to do - they only take a couple of hours. Here's a samples of some of the recent ones...

A Different Meal a Day

My mum is a great cook but one thing that used to bug me when I was little was that I knew what the day was by the dinner I was given:

Saturday - steak & kidney pie & chips,
Sunday - roast eg beef
Monday - Shepherds Pie
Tuesday - Fish & Chips
Wednesday - Meat Pie
Thursday - Sausage, peas & chips
Friday - Meat& potatoes & some sort of vegetable

So - I'm on a mission to cook something different every day and not repeat anything too often...I'll post some pics of things I make along the way...
